What You'll Do
Lead ML design reviews, prototypes, and fine-tuning streams to accelerate time-to-value for AI solutions.
Your Impact
Here's what you'll be responsible for in this role
Own solutioning for NLP, CV, and automation workloads from PoC to pilot
Benchmark foundation models, define adaptation and fine-tuning plans
Collaborate with PMs on feasibility, guardrails, and rollout plans
Ensure models meet latency, cost, and observability requirements
Mentor ML engineers on experimentation discipline and documentation
What We're Looking For
- 7–9 years in ML engineering with exposure to GenAI and classical ML
- Hands-on with Hugging Face, LangChain, Triton, ONNX, or TensorRT
- Ability to translate research into pragmatic implementation steps
- Strong understanding of evaluation metrics and prompt safety
- Experience leading squads and managing technical roadmaps
