What You'll Do
Bridge business objectives and AI capabilities by capturing use cases, measuring adoption, and validating outcomes with stakeholders.
Your Impact
Here's what you'll be responsible for in this role
Elicit and document requirements, user journeys, and KPIs for AI initiatives
Translate qualitative inputs into structured epics, stories, and acceptance tests
Facilitate backlog grooming with engineering and data science leads
Partner with SMEs to validate model outputs against business rules
Prepare UAT plans, sign-off packages, and training guides for users
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years as BA/Product Analyst within data, analytics, or AI teams
- Comfort with SQL, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to convert ambiguous needs into prioritized backlogs
- Familiarity with Responsible AI, privacy, and compliance expectations
- Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills
