What You'll Do
Oversee a portfolio of AI initiatives, translating executive objectives into actionable delivery roadmaps with measurable ROI.
Your Impact
Here's what you'll be responsible for in this role
Run integrated program plans covering discovery, experimentation, and production rollout
Facilitate risk reviews, dependency tracking, and change control cadences
Align cross-functional squads—data, eng, legal, compliance—around a single roadmap
Publish KPI packs, OKR updates, and executive briefings for leadership
Establish governance rituals for model handovers, readiness, and scaling
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years managing complex, multi-track technology programs
- Experience delivering AI/ML or analytics initiatives in regulated industries
- Strong command of Jira/Asana, financial tracking, and agile-at-scale methods
- Ability to translate technical risks into business-friendly narratives
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications preferred
